Start by talking to one or two committee members<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Start by asking one or two people on your committee, \u201cHow can we create safer and more welcoming environments for members of the LGBTIQ+ community?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s okay not to know all the answers. As you start a conversation, research, and reach out to find out answers to questions you still have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
